Every launch follows the same sequence.
- Data migration Customers, vendors, products, opening stock and opening balances imported and reconciled.
- User setup Users, roles and access rights tested with each department.
- Training Role-based training with short guides for cashiers, store keepers and accountants.
- Parallel run Old and new system run side by side until figures match.
- Launch day Our team on-site or online during the first live hours.
- Hypercare Daily check-ins for the first weeks, then monthly support.

Frequently asked questions
How long does an Odoo implementation take?
A single-branch restaurant or shop usually goes live in 2 to 4 weeks. Multi-company and manufacturing projects take 6 to 12 weeks depending on data migration and custom work.
Do you provide support after go-live?
Yes. Monthly support is PKR 30,000 and covers fixes, user help and small changes. Larger changes are quoted separately.
Can you upgrade or fix an existing Odoo database?
Yes. We audit existing databases, correct accounting configuration, migrate custom modules and upgrade to Odoo 18 or 19.
